Broke some tape for the first time in a while. 

So nice to go sub ultra for a change and get to wear a belt instead of a vest!

Super jungly and bush whacky route. Got turned around like 3 times, which probably cost me about 12 minutes and added a couple hundred feet of vert. Very happy with fueling and hydration although I did have to drink from a river one time (we’ll see in a few days if that was a smart decision 😬)

Fun morning with some awesome Thai runners!
