Morning Walk

Started off later than I wanted to.  Figured this too late.  Wanted to run the loop 2x but didn’t have enough time due to a 2.5 hour drive.  Run felt great.  I was aiming for a 4mph pace, but fell short after twisting my ankle.  After that and the realization I slowed down quite a bit, chilled out, and still ended with an acceptable pace.  Good day all around.  Clear skies to start, overcast to finish with another winter storm moving in.  I’ll be back later in the year to tackle the 2x.  Oh great water sources throughout the trail.
