Crazy early morning adventure! Followed a network of unmaintained trails up the river valley and had to cross the river (waist deep) about 15 times on my way to the bridge. Got swiped by lots of cacti and had to do a fair bit of rock scrambling too. Once I started my way back, I realized that I had taken the wrong route the entire way there and was able to cruise back with only 2 river crossings... got pretty cold in the beginning since it was only about 45° in the mountain shade... It'd definitely be a great trail to do again on a hot day when the river crossings are more of a relief than a nuisance.
