Total miles: 93.4
Amicalola Falls to Deep Gap North Carolina. 
Friday evening: 11 miles
Saturday: 40 miles
Sunday: 38 miles
Monday morning: 4 miles. 

Tougher than anticipated. 
I forgot I chaff a lot when sweating 14 hours a day. Please remember body glide or something next time. 
Legs are exhausted. And so are feet. I forgot how stiff the bottoms of the feet and toes get when you do this many miles. 
Honestly a grind. Basically hiked from wake to sleep with small breaks for water refills.
