I'm a distracted hiker (and cyclist). Sometimes I walk, sometimes I run, and a lot of the time, I stop to take photos or just sit down doing nothing. Some people call my activities daydreaming; I call it 'intentional mind wandering.'

Nothing beats almost 10miles of blissing out on a quiet trail in the gorgeous early morning of beautiful Georgia.
